Yes. eCPD works in the browser of any smartphone. In Chrome you can also choose "Add to Home screen" to open it like an app.

Open Courses, choose a course, check the fee and press the enrol button. Courses with a fee open after your payment is confirmed.

Your request waits for the payment to be matched. This is usually done within working days. If it takes longer, send us your name, the course and the payment reference.

Yes. Active EPA members pay the member fee. Your membership comes from the EPA Membership portal; register or renew there and eCPD updates automatically.

Sessions open in order. Finish the session you are in and press Submit on its last page (the summary page). The next session opens straight away.

When you have gone through it and pressed Submit on the summary page at the end. Only opening a session does not complete it.

Type your answer (at least the number of characters shown) and press Submit answer. You will see "Your answer has been submitted" and, when there is one, a sample answer to compare with.

Each course assessment shows its pass mark (usually 75%). If you score below it you can review the sessions and try again.

Your teacher schedules them; you get a message and a reminder 1 hour before. Open the live session activity in the course: it opens 15 minutes before the start and your joining is recorded as attendance.

Complete all sessions, pass the course assessment and fill in the course evaluation. The certificate then opens in the course and appears in My certificates.

Every certificate has a code (EPA-CPD-…) and a QR code. Anyone can check it on the certificate verification page.

On your Dashboard (My CPD record) and on My CPD licence cycle, which also shows how many CEUs you still need before licence renewal. Download your CPD transcript (PDF) for the licensing authority.

Use Forgotten your username or password?. We email you a link to choose a new password.

For EPA members, name and email come from the Membership portal: change them there and eCPD updates. Others can change them in their profile (Edit profile).

Open Connect Telegram and follow the steps. You then get approvals, reminders and certificates in Telegram.
