Pharmacy Professionals Awareness Creation on Pharmacovigilance System

The Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Association (EPA) and the World Health Organization (WHO) are currently implementing a project on “Pharmacy Professionals Awareness Creation on Pharmacovigilance System”. In line with this, uploaded herewith are three documents on the overall outlook of the national pharmacovigilance system, adverse drug events (ADE) reporting form, and Amharic version notes on the adverse drug events reporting system to help you understand the full picture of the pharmacovigilance system in Ethiopia and discharge your professional obligation in ensuring drug safety to the public by being an active identifier and reporter of ADE from your respective area of practice.
