It is to be recalled that the Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Association (EPA) bought a 652 m2 compound near Sanford International School in December 2012. This compound has sufficient rooms and facilities for the association’s current operations. The association is making preparations to build a multi-purpose building in its holdings. The building is expected to entertain offices, library, shops, conference rooms, training centers and other business areas among others.
As part of the activities towards realizing its vision, the association has secured a new title deed from the Arada Sub-city increasing the area of its compound from 652 to 656m2. In addition, it has secured a local development plan (LDP) from the relevant government office. Furthermore, it has developed a draft project plan to construct the multi-purpose building ranging from pre-construction to finishing.
